it was a lot better than I thought it was, honestly. like I expected the game to be kind of uh you know um just kind of like bad, but it actually played really well. It played way better than I thought it would. It's actually good.
I just felt like I was playing slop that was holding me hand all the way through with cringy writing, smartass quips every 10 seconds. I can't understand why people love it. It's not a good game.

It's been a really fun experience so far, and...has me excited to play more of it

they've added in a ton of gameplay complexity that makes this feel like Uncharted on crack, and it's awesome. Like, it's so good.

To wrap all of this up, I really, really like 007 First Light. It is exactly what I was hoping it would be and then some, and I cannot wait to see what they do next. It's so refreshing to see a game that feels like prime PS4 narrative adventure thriller.

the best Bond game we've ever had, at least since Nightfire back in 2002... what IO Interactive have done here is an absolutely stellar job
For Bond fans, this is an absolute must must play
IO didn't get every part of this package right, but I think they nailed the most important part: putting you in the shoes of this newly minted 00 agent and letting you live out another thrilling Bond adventure. Personally, as a sucker for Bond, I really enjoyed it. And whether you grab it day one or much later, I do recommend it.
If anything can get us out of 14 years of James Bond purgatory, it's IO Interactive, finally dropping what looks to be a god damn James Bond game that might be worth a damn.
