What is StreamerTakes?

We're a static, ad-supported aggregator of YouTube and Twitch creator reviews. We don't write reviews — we index them. Every quote on the site is verbatim, time-stamped, and links back to its source video.

Our streamer panel skews toward long-form, post-launch reviewers — the people who actually finish games before posting. Each creator's verdict is recorded as one of four buckets — shit / meh / good / wow — either lifted from an explicit recommendation or inferred from their quoted sentiment. Every quote ships with its source clip.

We don't run sponsored content, accept review-copy embargoes, or take money to position games. Ads on the page come from an open exchange and are labelled.

Frequently asked

// FAQPage schema
How do verdicts work on StreamerTakes?

Each creator's take on a game lands in one of four buckets: shit, meh, good, or wow. When a creator gives an explicit "buy it" / "skip it" verdict, that's what we record; otherwise we snap their quoted sentiment to the nearest bucket and tag the verdict as inferred.

The game's Top verdict is the bucket the most creators landed on. Every individual creator's bucket is visible on the game page so you can see the spread, not just the mode.

Which streamers do you index?

Long-form YouTube review channels: Asmongold TV, Asmongold Clips, Skill Up, ACG, GmanLives, Mortismal Gaming, Worth A Buy, and growing.

Each indexed creator gets a profile page listing every game they've covered with a verdict or sourced quote.

How often is the site updated?

We re-index our streamer panel every 24 hours. New review notes and verdict changes typically appear on a game's page within a day of the source video going live.

Why YouTubers and not professional critics?

Streamer reviews tend to be longer, more hands-on, and less embargoed than launch-window critic reviews. They surface real long-term takes — patches, DLCs, post-launch state — that traditional aggregators miss.

Can I filter by streamer or sentiment?

Yes — every game page has streamer toggles and positive/mixed/negative sentiment chips. Your selected creators persist across pages.
