Town to City is a cozy grid-less city builder set in a 19th-century Mediterranean style, developed by Dutch studio Galaxy Grove, in which players start from a train station and grow a small settlement into a prosperous city using free-form terraforming and construction tools. The game launched in Early Access in September 2025 and received an overwhelmingly positive reception on Steam.
