The Consensus: Is It Worth Playing?

Inside the Flesh Engine is an atmospheric first-person horror game with a retro visual style in which the player awakens on a conveyor belt among discarded bodies inside a vast, living industrial factory. The player must obey or resist an oppressive creature while exploring the factory and uncovering the secrets of the system that created them, with multiple possible endings.
