Heartworm is a retro-inspired psychological survival horror game in which protagonist Sam investigates a mysterious mountain house supposedly connected to the afterlife, using a camera as her primary tool of defense. The game blends fixed-camera and over-the-shoulder perspectives with low-poly 90s aesthetics, exploration, and puzzle-solving across a 4–6 hour narrative about grief.
